28 Μάι 1st EDUCATIONAL Erasmus+/ICM week
The first International Week for PhD candidates and their supervisors is an international event designed to foster academic excellence, cross-border collaboration, and professional development in doctoral education. Bringing together,early-stage researchers and their mentors from diverse countries, disciplines, and backgrounds, the program aims to offer interactive workshops, keynote lectures, and peer exchange sessions. Key themes include supervision best practices, research ethics, academic writing, mental health, and career development. The event, which is being held for the first time at the University of West Attica as part of the Erasmus+/International Credit Mobility Program, offers a special opportunity to fortify supervisory relationships, create global networks, and foster the overall development of upcoming scholars.
The Erasmus Educational Week will include teaching sessions that will be shared between the professors (supervisors) and the PhD candidates in the related disciplines and training sessions, including the Interdisciplinary Teaching Lab: Designing the Future of Learning, under the coordination of the Vice Rector of Internationalization and Extroversion, Prof. Theodoros Xanthos.
The event will take place between 16 and 20 June 2025.
