Dear partners, colleagues and friends,
the long wait has finally come to an end and the registration for our International Week is now open!
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you in Stuttgart from 22 to 27 November 2022.

After our Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, it is time for you to engage with your colleagues during our Innovation Day on Wednesday.
This year´s four tracks are Sustainability, Data Science, Internationalisation and the Presentation of the HdM PhD program.
We are excited to learn from and with you, so please join us as a speaker if one of the tracks is related to your area of expertise.
International Day with the Study Abroad Fair on Thursday is the heart of our International Week.
You´ll get a 15 minutes slot to present your institution’s study abroad options to our students.
Your own students currently studying with us will set up a booth at the fair and are waiting for you to join them.
Besides all that, you will have time to discover Stuttgart and its surroundings, to meet colleagues, to explore the Christmas Markets, to taste Swabian food, and to make new friends and professional connections.
Erasmus Student Network (ESN) programme on Wednesday and Thursday
The Stuttgart chapter of ESN Erasmus Student Network plans to host a workshop day (with social programme ) on Wednesday for ESN representatives of our partner universities, followed by the Study Abroad Fair on Thursday. Please forward this information to your ESN (if you have a chapter at your university/in your city).
Your students (one person per ESN chapter) should arrive on Tuesday evening and leave on Friday morning. We kindly ask our partner universities to use their funding to support the ESN representatives with their travel and accommodation cost. We together with ESN Stuttgart will provide lunch snacks on Wednesday and Thursday and a dinner on Wednesday.
Before your register, please take a note of the following information:
-> registration closes 30 September 2022, so please make sure to complete your registration by that date.
-> accommodation options in Stuttgart fill up quickly. We recommend booking your room now. Some suggestions can be found here.
-> if you need ERASMUS documents signed: please email them to internationalweek@hdm-stuttgart.de
-> registration for the International Days at Hogeschool van Amsterdam will be done separately. Please indicate your interest on the HdM registration form and we will keep you updated.
