The University of Lodz is pleased to invite you, as a valuable partner, to take part in the International Staff Week Erasmus+ (Build Up your internationalisation) that will be held between 16th and 20th May 2022 in Lodz, on site. You can find the preliminary programme attached.
The international staff week will look at the holistic internationalisation of the academic community: students, researchers, teachers and administrative staff, while sharing their experience. Different viewpoints – e.g. from international relation office staff, UL promotion department and the faculties – will hopefully give you a general perspective on how to approach this topic. The staff week will be based on the workshops led by the UL’s staff, but there will be time and space for sharing and discussing the subjects with all participants! You will be asked to prepare for the event by gathering information from your university relevant to the topic.
The Staff Week is organized for international departments staff of higher education institutions who are actively engaged in direct services connected to student admission, exchange programmes, international promotion and project management.
There will be no participation fees but we are kindly asking the participants to arrange and cover their own travel, accommodation and other expenses.
The language of communication is English at level B2.
Deadline for sending application form (attached) to creditmobility@uni.lodz.pl is 6.04.2022. After selecting staff members, they will be sent the acceptance letter and staff mobility agreement. Please know that the places are limited. Depending on the interest we might need to reject some applications.
We are certain that this intercultural week will increase our international experience and be valuable for all the participating Universities. We count on your attendance! We are looking forward to welcoming you in Lodz!
