Digitalization – EWP

All students and departmental secretariats use the electronic student register. In this way, the various actions/requests (student registration, course registration, study certificates, etc.) are carried out electronically and the use of paper is minimized. In an effort to minimize the use of paper, there are also a number of applications (electronic application for requests to the technical service, eclass and moodle for the management of course material and communication between students and teachers, electronic application for requests and management of the supply of materials and services, etc.) as shown in the following link.

Outsourcing Software – Application

All students of the university submit their applications online twice a year, in order to complete an Erasmus mobility for studies. All the necessary documents are exchanged electronically with the Erasmus office. The grant agreements are created automatically for greater accuracy through a collaborating outsourcing company, using the European Union’s template.

• “always recheck your data before printing” annotations
• online system usage instead of hard copy

as well as reusable bags made from sustainable materials (recycled paper and fabric).
